cover: positive - the overall look of the is class it looks really professional and i like how the image also fits in with the colours. negative - could use a smaller barcode?
on the double pages spread try to use a picture that does not have a shadow so that you can see the rest of the writing easily. but i think the rest is very good
double page spread: positive - the positioning of the image and the amount of text. also the use of articles and pull quote. negative - font runs over the photo in the corner
On the double page spread, towards the bottom right of the article text it begins to get quite hard to read because the text doesnt contrast too well with the dark background
